Rocket’s Leipzig

For the Rockets restaurant in the Leipzig train station, the challenge was to incorporate the strong brand characteristics with fresh design ideas, in order to create a space that feels both familiar and new, while also being sturdy enough to withstand high traffic.

We used a variety of materials like timber, white tiles, zinc-effect wall paint and pops of bright red, along with black metal mesh to play with texture and bring more dimension to the space. There is are also subtle nods to Steampunk in the cog mural and the repurposed bicycle wheel divider which adds a touch of playfulness to this industrial space.
